The Role

We're looking for a seasoned sales leader to join our team as the Center of Sales Excellence Director. As a key member of our Sales Enablement team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our sales enablement programs across the organization. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance sales excellence and align with market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a value sales framework to help sales teams effectively articulate Grab's value proposition and drive revenue.
  • Lead the development of sales skills and training programs to support team goals and career growth.
  • Identify and address competency gaps through tailored training programs, managing the entire sales skills development process with internal and cross-functional teams.
  • Own and optimize content, curriculum, and certification strategy on Grab's Sales Enablement platform, ensuring alignment with industry needs.
  • Plan and oversee project timelines for sales enablement programs, ensuring timely execution and reducing sales cycle times.
  • Engage with leadership and teams across markets to align on enablement needs and measure the impact of sales content usage.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in tech companies or startups in pre-sales, sales, business development, sales enablement, or marketing.
  • Experience in direct sales or coaching, with a strong grasp of the entire sales process.
  • Expertise in the GROW coaching framework; ADKAR knowledge is a plus.
  • Proficient with tools like CRM software, Seismic Enablement Cloud, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with experience leading teams and projects across different areas.
