Enterprise Sales Strategist

This Senior Sales role is focused on building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients in the built environment, specifically in Malaysia and APAC.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director who has a proven track record of success in enterprise services or consulting sales. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, as well as experience in Managed Services.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing a sales strategy to drive new business and expand existing relationships, working closely with PreSales to develop and expand relationships with new customers, and managing a healthy customer pipeline.
Regular forecast updates to leadership on business performance are also required.
