Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service and Operations Executive to join our team at Hong Leong Bank.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to walk-in customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and mystery shopping results.
  • Sales and Service: Meet clear targets for specific products, including CASA and FD book growth, account opening, and cross-selling of relevant products. Learn and utilize I-Pads or other devices for customer service and sales interactions.
  • Operations: Perform branch RCSA through sample checking and effective rectification, as well as process transactions in a timely and accurate manner. Over-ride transactions within defined limits and manage overall branch cash holdings.
Requirements
  • Education and Qualifications: Malaysian citizen, fresh graduates or candidates with relevant work experience welcome to apply.
  • Experience: Related working experience in the financial institution or related field, possessing customer interaction, cash handling, transaction processing, and sales experience.
