About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Master Data Deployment Manager to join our team in the Asia-Pacific region. As a key member of our deployment team, you will play a critical role in the successful implementation of our Finance Master Data Management program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our Global Business Process Management (GBPM) organization to implement Master Data Governance processes.
  • Lead FIT-to-Standard sprints and map the current Master Data structure to our ASPIRE Master Data concept.
  • Develop best practice solutions in close cooperation with our Roche ERP IT team.
  • Execute testing activities during deployment, including unit testing, system acceptance testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing.
  • Deliver project documentation according to our defined ASPIRE Project Management Methodology.
  • Ensure end-to-end visibility from Master Data to transactions and reporting, working closely with GBPMs, IT, and other impacted business streams.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Finance or Master Data management, with a strong background in SAP and MDG-F.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to describe business requirements.
  • Solid project management, stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills.
  • Ability to analyze, design, test, and train solutions from an end-to-end business process understanding.
