The ideal candidate will have at least a Diploma in HSEQ, Maritime, Business Admin, or any field and preferably have at least 1 year of administration task experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in shipboard Safety Management System documentation administration.
  • Upload documents in Docmap (ensure all documents are in proper format and correctly tagged).
  • Maintain master tagging list for documents uploaded in Docmap.
  • Maintain latest version of books and publications (hardcopies & softcopies).
  • Check & ensure NCs and Observations are correctly populated in Docmap.
  • Update vetting master list and ensure data are reflected correctly in Tableau Dashboard.
  • Support in gap analysis preparation for ISO / Vetting standards as required.
  • Filing and compilation of adhoc data.
Accountabilities:
  • Possess at least a Diploma in HSEQ, Maritime, Business Admin, or any field.
  • Preferably have at least 1 year of administration task experience.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to maintain up-to-date records of activities defined in main responsibilities.
  • Accuracy in updating information.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in updating information.
