The Opportunity

In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in diabetes care to drive business results and create value for patients. You will build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, develop effective sales strategies, and execute plans to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Develop effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Market Access, and CMR teams to optimize sales outcomes
  • Participate in regional meetings, national conferences, and other professional engagements

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of field sales experience, particularly in the Klang Valley general practitioner (GP) and/or aesthetic sector
  • Familiarity with chronic diseases and non-insured therapeutic areas
  • Bachelor's degree in science, business, marketing, or an equivalent field
  • Positive, dynamic, and results-driven self-starter with excellent networking skills
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within Peninsular Malaysia
