The Talent Development Manager will play a vital role in enhancing the skills and product knowledge of our sales team at Prudential. You will be responsible for designing and conducting onboarding and training programs for new hires, as well as creating and executing plans to improve sales performance.

A strong background in sales enablement, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and manage all sales collateral tailored for different stages of the customer journey in health segment and have a keen eye for identifying areas for improvement in the sales process.

Key Tasks:

  • Design and conduct onboarding and training programs for new hires
  • Create and execute plans to improve sales performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address gaps in the sales process

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant working experience
  • Possess strategic and forward-thinking skills
  • Possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills
