Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Oversee and empower a team of Account Managers to achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets for the assigned business segment.
  • Sales Management: Translate company and division sales targets into actionable business strategies for the Account Managers to ensure alignment with overall goals.
  • Business Rapport: Establish and sustain key business relationships with major customers to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
  • Commercial Excellence: Regularly review and analyze the sales team's performance and visitation reports to ensure targets are met and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strategy & Planning: Create and implement trade activity programs to achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets and assist Account Managers in planning to expand new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 7 years of sales experience (at least 3 of which are in sales leadership) in Tech/Telco/Service/IT Solution sectors.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, team management & project management, and clear communication of organizational goals.
  • Excellent communication (Bahasa Malaysia & English), interpersonal skills & strong in strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in B2B Tech/IT Service/Solution sales management for Govt/GLC/Public Sector is highly advantageous.
