About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth and Expansion Specialist to join our team at Moving Walls Group. As a critical member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving the global growth and expansion of our presence in the Japanese market. With a focus on inbound sales, marketing strategy, and campaign execution, this role requires a unique blend of creative vision, analytical skills, and cultural sensitivity. Responsibilities
  1. Inbound Sales and Marketing Strategy
    • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive global inbound leads for the Japanese market.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to create and implement campaigns tailored to specific market segments.
    • Analyze lead generation performance using CRM tools and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.
  2. Content Creation and Management
    • Develop compelling marketing materials, including case studies, white papers, presentations, and email campaigns.
    • Update content across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with Moving Walls Group's brand messaging.
    • Cultivate content localization and integration efforts for the Japanese audience.
  3. Market Expansion and Performance Analysis
    • Conduct research to identify growth opportunities and support entry into new regions.
    • Design and execute campaigns tailored to specific geographies, ICPs, and industry verticals.
    • Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare reports for stakeholders.
  4. Event and Partnership Coordination
    • Plan and manage events, webinars, and co-marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and lead generation.
    • Support client and partner engagements, including CMO breakfasts, DSP days, and networking events.
    • Coordinate partnerships with industry stakeholders to amplify Moving Walls Group's reach.
  5. Lead Generation and Conversion
    • Achieve a specified number of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) per quarter.
    • Maintain or improve conversion rates from lead to customer.
  6. Event and Campaign Success Metrics
    • Execute at least two high-impact events or campaigns per quarter.
    • Achieve measurable increases in brand visibility and engagement metrics.
  7. Content Impact and Engagement
    • Publish a defined number of case studies, white papers, and campaign reports quarterly.
    • Meet engagement targets for content downloads, clicks, and shares.
  8. Market Expansion and Localization
    • Identify and penetrate at least one new market or industry vertical within the first year.
    • Support the launch of localized campaigns in new geographies.
  9. Performance Reporting and Insights
    • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to refine marketing strategies based on campaign performance data.
