Global Sales Lead for Retail Expansion

Morgan Philips Group is seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead the international growth of a leading retail brand.

Your Mission:

  • Drive Sales and Brand Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies, ensuring brand consistency and achieving ambitious targets.
  • Lead Global Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with marketing teams to implement effective campaigns and support local marketing efforts.
  • Build and Nurture Strong Distributor Relationships: Act as the primary liaison, understanding their needs and maximizing their performance.
  • Optimize Supply Chain and Demand Planning: Oversee inventory, logistics, and forecasting to ensure timely product availability.
  • Analyze Markets and Deliver Insights: Monitor trends, provide performance reports, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Empower Distributors with Training and Support: Equip them with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.

The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of experience managing international distributor networks, ideally in consumer goods.

  • Retail Brand Experience: A proven track record in key account management or sales within a recognized retail brand.
  • Strategic Sales Acumen: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that deliver exceptional results.
