Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sr. Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and develop strategic relationships with key customers. This individual will be responsible for evaluating new and existing opportunities, working closely with cross-functional teams, and negotiating successful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prioritize customer demands, collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target large enterprise direct accounts, Telco & E-Commerce, Datacenter / Cloud Service Provider, HPC, and related business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with existing and new customers, fostering a culture of trust and mutual benefit.
  • Provide regular progress updates and support to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Requirements:
  • University degree or equivalent work experience in a high-tech industry.
  • A minimum of 12 years of sales and enterprise business development experience, preferably in the x86 Server, Storage, Networking, and Cloud/Datacenter space.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Excellent presentation, teamwork, communication, and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to analyze complex data and drive business growth.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in other languages a plus.
