  2. Prepare and review various HR-related documents, including employment contracts, terminations, and policy updates.
  3. Assist in tax clearance, EA forms, and Form E preparation to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  4. Liaise with external bodies, such as KWSP, PERKESO, EIS, and LHDN, on payroll and audit-related matters.
  5. Oversee the full cycle of payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
  6. Perform administrative tasks related to personnel data, organizational data, time and attendance, and leave management.
  7. Compile monthly reports on HR metrics to inform business decisions.
  8. Provide expert guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, or equivalent field.
  2. At least 1-2 years of experience in HR Generalist or Payroll Specialist roles.
  3. Meticulous attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work output.
  4. Flexible and adaptable, with excellent prioritization and time management skills.
  5. Strong organization and customer service skills, with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
  6. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and relocate to new office locations.
