Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless communication between various teams and stakeholders within the organization. You will also be required to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Teams Operator Connect and Teams Admin Centre for Voice Services.
  • Strong experience with SIP configurations for Audiocodes SBC's and other voice-related technologies.
  • Ability to design and implement unified communications systems using Microsoft Teams and other technologies.
  • Familiarity with Luware Nimbus CCaaS solution and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
