Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by managing leads, building strong client relationships, and offering tailored solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming leads efficiently, qualify opportunities, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients through phone calls, emails, and physical/virtual meetings.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Upsell and cross-sell products and services, ensuring alignment with client needs. Close sales opportunities and achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Understand market trends, client industries, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with the marketing, cross divisions, and operations teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline progress, forecasts, and achievements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an inside sales or similar role, preferably in B2B services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
