This role requires an experienced professional to manage the entire e-commerce fulfillment process, from vendor coordination to order management and shipping. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in purchasing, procurement, or logistics, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Vendor Coordination: Confirm Proforma Invoices, ensure accuracy in order details, follow up on production status, and handle discussions regarding split shipment quantities.
  • Order Management: Confirm order quantities, create PO labeling, and send to vendors, maintain and update the inventory worksheet to reflect accurate inventory information.
  • Logistics and Shipments: Monitor, check, and remind vendors regarding container booking and shipment arrangements with logistic teams, assist buying team in coordinating delivery of swatches and samples.
  • Payment and Documentation: Assist senior merchandiser in preparing payment documents, ensure all paperwork is aligned with company policies and requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Logistics.
  • Highly organized and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
