Job Description

We're seeking a talented Marketing Business Development Lead to drive success through our brand and lead all growth and digital marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in sales and marketing, business development in pharmaceutical or cosmetic products, preferably with a new start-up company.

  • Develop business proposals and craft a business plan that aligns with the company's objectives.
  • Strategize and implement effective digital marketing advertising plans aimed at increasing sales and profits.
  • Evaluate and conduct research on targeted clients and marketing locations.
  • Prepare sales and marketing forecasts and determine budgetary requirements.
  • Formulate, develop, and implement overall marketing and sales policies and plans.

This role is responsible for liaising with government authorities, handling grants, and resolving import, export, or customs clearance regulatory issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Business Administration or Marketing or relevant field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-starter, proactive, and persistent in acquiring and maintaining customer bases and attaining company objectives.
