We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to be based in Bintulu, responsible for developing sales of Industrial products, solutions, and services to designated key clients.
This position involves developing a yearly key account plan that is tracked on a regular basis.

You will be responsible for:
- Planning and developing sales strategies and/or market penetration strategies and brand awareness for designated key end-users to achieve approved individual revenue and profit goals.
- Ensuring achievement of regional sales and conversion targets.
- Responsible for launching and following-up conversion projects within targeted end-users, including multinational targets. Record all relevant data in Ansell's SFDC database.
- Working with Distributors within Territory in partnership with Manager.
- Having good knowledge of the customer base from upstream oil & gas industry.
- Training, motivating, and directing Distributors within the territory.
- Negotiating prices with End Users.
- Coordinating Company Product Promotional Activities in the Territory.
- Interacting with SEA / APAC peers to enhance knowledge and sales efficiency.
- Interface with the Vertical Sales Leaders to ensure bi-directional information flow to support a best possible positioning within verticals.
- Interface with Local & Regional Sales to ensure communication to develop an optimized picture of market development and demand. Provide them "expert support" (product knowledge, marketing expertise) in maintaining or conquering customers in his/her vertical.
- Undertaking any other assigned projects which relate to the overall performance and effectiveness of strategy and implementing all defined strategies and tactics at end-users and distributors as defined by Regional Sales Director.
- Developing a yearly targeting and maintenance plan for his/her vertical that is monitored and reported monthly.
- Experience in sales.
- Knowledge in selling through distributors in PPE industry is an asset and Major End Users within the territory.
- Experience of managing distributor and end-user relationships.
- Willingness to travel within SEA.
- Languages: Mother tongue with full working proficiency in both written & spoken English required.
- PC Literate: Solid knowledge of PC and network and standard package used under Windows.
- Full Driving license.
