Join our mission to help build a better Internet at Cloudflare We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to help our Enterprise customers achieve their goals.

You will be responsible for ensuring the success of our Enterprise customers by managing all post-sale experiences, developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer business issues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and exceeding sales quotas, organizational and problem-solving skills, poise and experience in presenting to and meeting with customers — both in person and via web-meeting technologies.

A successful Candidate will possess:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A deep understanding of computer networking and 'how the internet works'
  • Experience in cloud security industries and/or with public sector customers
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
