As a Sales Account Manager at OpenLearning Global (M) Sdn Bhd, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and increasing gross profit through effective account management strategies. Requirements:- 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in EdTech or Education, training, corporate learning, and lifelong learning sectors.
- Proven experience in increasing client revenue, consultative negotiation, and creative problem-solving.
- Excellent customer success and relationship management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
