Customer Success Lead

The Head of Customer Success, APAC role is a critical position that requires a seasoned professional with expertise in customer success, leadership, and regional business strategy. As a key member of the Businesslist leadership team, you will be responsible for driving customer success initiatives across the Asia Pacific region.
Key responsibilities will include managing a large team, developing and executing regional business strategies, and defining and optimizing customer lifecycle. You will also be responsible for driving cross-functional collaborations to achieve business objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in leading a team, managing P&L and KPI performance, and developing high-performing customer teams. A strong understanding of regional markets and cultures is also essential.
