Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant cum Executive Secretary to join our team. As a key member of our administration department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Human Resource Department in its daily operations
- Prepare and update financial documents, including invoices and reports
- Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping systems
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Conduct regular cash counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Coordinate with the post and kiosk system teams
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by superiors and the management
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls and mail
- Assist in organizing corporate events and functions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
- High level of confidentiality and discretion
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
