About Our Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant cum Executive Secretary to join our team. As a key member of our administration department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Human Resource Department in its daily operations
  2. Prepare and update financial documents, including invoices and reports
  3. Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping systems
  4. Manage office supplies and equipment
  5. Conduct regular cash counts and reconcile discrepancies
  6. Coordinate with the post and kiosk system teams
  7. Perform additional tasks as assigned by superiors and the management
  8. Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls and mail
  9. Assist in organizing corporate events and functions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
