Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead our Operational EHS Services product portfolio. This individual will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of digital solutions to ensure operational environmental, health, and safety standards.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in agile software development and experience in team leadership and supervision. They will be able to independently size software development tasks and support assignment and prioritization efforts.
Main Tasks
- Lead a global cross-functional team to provide services and support for development and solutions teams.
- Provide project management, technical services, and implementation and application support to Solution Engineers and site users.
- Support the successful and on-time delivery of platform enhancements and module development according to stakeholder priorities.
- Drive services and support, and continuous improvement of the product portfolio based on global community needs.
- Collaborate with other leaders to identify and realize synergies across different elements of the company portfolio.
- Drive agile transformation of the product team and support team members on their learning journey.
- Be actively involved in organizational development of the whole product family and part of an agile leadership team.
- Ensure quality internal customer service and collaborate effectively with a global development team using agile methodologies and tools.
Requirements
Education & Working Experience
- Degree in computer science, engineering, or comparable education with 7+ years' experience in agile software or product development.
Technical & Professional Knowledge (Mandatory)
- Experience in large-scale IT projects in a similar capacity or role as Product Manager.
- Domain knowledge in engineering, maintenance, or plant operations.
- 5+ years' experience in team leadership and supervision.
- Able to independently size software development tasks and support assignment and prioritization efforts.
- Strong customer focus, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to develop creative solutions.
- Strong communication and change management skills.
- Agile mindset and experience with agile ways of working.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
