Main Objectives
  • Lead the implementation, integration, and configuration of HRIS systems to optimize data quality and process efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support HR functions and inform business decisions.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to analyze business needs and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Manage day-to-day HRIS activities, including system support, maintenance, and documentation.
  • Provide actionable insights on key HR metrics to inform business strategies and drive growth.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of progressive HRIS and HR analytics experience with exposure to multiple HR functional areas.
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in data visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Proven experience implementing and managing HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
