The Role

We're seeking a dynamic Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a successful candidate, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with leadership and management teams across our markets to drive business growth.

You will support the Customer Success team in Singapore by handling administrative tasks to streamline their workflow and enable them to focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This role offers a chance to learn about our different markets and gain insights into the rapidly growing lending space in Singapore and Asia Pacific while assisting with daily operations and facilitating the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers to ensure their loan applications, queries, expectations, or issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication via calls and chat, and follow-up with after-sales service.
  • Create and update activity reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the team in executing small-scale projects, such as collecting and sending customer reviews, to enhance overall customer satisfaction and feedback management.
