Strategic Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Specialist to join our team at GREAT EASTERN. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning and execution.
In this role, you will provide business development support to our KL branches, East Coast, Sarawak, and Southern 2 Region teams. You will work closely with agency members and sales teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and increase revenue.
You will also be responsible for providing product briefings, handling product communication and strategy, writing agency circulars, and analyzing product sales response. Additionally, you will coordinate with Product Management, New Business, Customer Service Departments, and other stakeholders to ensure effective development of agency communication for new product launches and campaigns.
A successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of working experience in the insurance/financial industry, preferably in product development, marketing, digital, training, or business development. They will also possess excellent leadership, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, business sense, and product knowledge.
