Career Horizons is partnering with a leading Logistics Group to find an experienced IT Audit professional to join their team in Petaling Jaya.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing audit assignments, ensuring they are appropriately staffed and meeting set targets. They will lead major audits, support the annual planning process, and lead the Audit Team to ensure clear direction, training, and motivation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage audit assignments and ensure they are appropriately staffed
  • Lead major audits and support the annual planning process
  • Lead the Audit Team and provide clear direction, training, and motivation
  • Perform regular appraisals for direct reports to manage individual performance and career aspirations
  • Design training programs for audit staff and monitor quality standards
  • Support the Regional Office Head in recruitment of audit staff

Requirements

  • University graduate with at least 5-6 years of relevant IT audit experience
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems development cycle, IT standards, and guidelines
  • Big Four auditing/consulting experience and/or experience in IT Security and IT Risk Management
  • Prior staff management experience leading high-performing teams
  • Knowledge of IT and digitalization trends and developments
  • Relevant certification (CISA or CIA) an added advantage
