About the Role

MRANTI is seeking an experienced Business Development and Growth Specialist to drive business growth through strategic planning and performance management.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business development growth strategies and processes to meet both market share and revenue goals.

You will work closely with the CEO and Senior Management to communicate the Business Development strategy and implement business development initiatives.

This is a mid-senior level position, requiring a minimum of 6 to 8 years of professional work experience in Strategic Planning and Performance Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Business Development Growth Strategies – Meet both market share and revenue goals.
  • Communicate Business Development Strategy – To CEO and Senior Management.
  • Build and Strengthen Networks and Relationships – With key stakeholders such as ministries, government agencies, industry players, and private companies.
  • Identify and Develop Resources – Relevant to business development and sales goals.
