About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Allianz Popular SL. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT services that drive the digitalization of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Assure service team, ensuring functional operations, second and third-level support, and underlying infrastructure meet the highest standards.
  • Implement production quality improvement initiatives, following up on incidents and outages to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure that all fine-level design criteria of the service are applied to local and regulatory requirements, adapting them accordingly.
  • Act as the single point of contact for Asia on the Assure service, handling problem, incident-related topics, risk assurance, compliance, and audit functions.
  • Manage stakeholders and report status to senior management at regular intervals.
  • Define security concepts across services, conduct regular pen-tests, DR tests, and ensure compliance with security standards.
  • Establish a constructive feedback loop between underlying components, project teams, and operating entities.
  • Support operating entities in interacting with local regulators, providing necessary artefacts and supporting documents.
  • Ensure regular health checks, monitoring, disaster recovery tests, and pen tests are performed, with agreed mitigation items tracked and resolved.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in information technology or a comparable technical qualification.
  • Have 10+ years of prior work experience in a regional role for production support, application development, or infrastructure delivery.
  • Hold process and project management, and ITIL training and/or certification.
  • Be able to deal with ambiguity and work independently in a team-based setting.
  • Have experience with cloud infrastructure management and optimization.
  • Be able to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, often at senior levels.
  • Have in-depth business expertise and a basic understanding of market influences.
