Responsibilities
  • Assist General Manager in operational activities related to the import and export of animal feed raw materials.
  • Oversee logistics and transportation activities, including scheduling shipments and optimizing routes.
  • Collaborate with various departments to improve operational processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards governing the production, transportation, and sale of animal feed products.
  • Work closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time and according to specifications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, or a related field.
  • Proven 8 years of working experience in operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain, shipping, logistics, and inventory control principles.
  • Excellent leadership and managerial skills with the ability to build and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
