Malayan Flour Mills Berhad is a leading food manufacturing company seeking an experienced aquaculture professional to join our team. As part of our expansion plans, we are looking for a highly motivated individual to set marketing strategies for the Aqua Feed Division.

**Job Purpose**:

  • Responsible for achieving or exceeding market share set by management in assigned territories.
  • Provide technical support to customers to grow their aqua business.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Frequent farm visits to offer technical solutions and provide guidance on best practices.
  2. Collections of samples and preparation of reports to ensure smooth functionality of farms.
  3. Monitor progress of key feeder farms and build company brand equity.
  4. Liaise with relevant parties on issues related to diseases and problems faced by farmers.

Requirements

  • Degree in Biology, Marine Science, Aquaculture, or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of working experience in aquaculture or related fields.
  • Able to travel periodically to Lumut, Perak.
