Role Overview
This role is part of the Client Key Account Management team at Zuellig Pharma, supporting the Manager in developing and maintaining strategic Key Account plans for key clients, driving collaborative growth and engagement in the market.
Key Tasks
- Establish and maintain close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication, development, and follow-up of all clients and inventory-related matters.
- Collaborate with clients to review and align business plans with overall objectives and profitability goals.
- Monitor and control stockholding and inventory transactions for all clients, ensuring seamless supply chain management.
- Proactively address inventory issues, providing exceptional service to clients.
- Deliver timely and accurate reports to clients, meeting their information needs.
- Communicate departmental updates, challenges, and successes to the Manager, Client Key Account Management, fostering transparency and cooperation.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and projects, contributing to the company's growth and innovation.
- Stay current on clients' industries, businesses, and products, demonstrating expertise in these areas.
- Effectively utilize the company's digital tools and support services to enhance client experiences.
Requirements

- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least one year of work experience.
