Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior HR Executive to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, select, and onboard new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide support to employees with queries and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and performance management data.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
