We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping our recruitment strategy, managing employee relationships, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to coordinating interviews.
  3. Facilitate onboarding processes, ensuring new hires understand company policies, culture, and job responsibilities.
  4. Prepare and manage new hire documentation, including employment contracts and benefits enrollment.
  5. Oversee offboarding procedures, conducting exit interviews and managing administrative tasks for departing employees.
  6. Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and concerns, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
  7. Support management in resolving conflicts, implementing employee engagement initiatives, and maintaining high morale.
  8. Coordinate performance appraisal processes, assisting managers in setting performance goals and maintaining evaluation records.
  9. Identify training and development needs, organizing workshops or seminars to enhance employee skills.
  10. Assist in developing and updating HR policies to ensure compliance with labour laws and company standards.
  11. Maintain accurate and updated employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  12. Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks, ensuring all actions adhere to company procedures.
  13. Support workplace safety programs and wellness initiatives to promote a healthy and secure work environment.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR functions, preferably at a junior or mid-level role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with employees and management.
  • Familiarity with HR regulations and employment laws in Malaysia.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems.
