We are looking for an Employee Benefits Coordinator to join our HR & Payroll Services Team at TMF Group.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will create and maintain each client file, including filing folders, work instructions, payroll calendars, and trusted sources.
  • They will perform end-to-end payroll with medium complexity, including data input, monthly payroll calculations, final payment calculations, employee benefits administration, HR-related matters, bank file preparation, monitoring fund requests and receipts by deadlines, and cash summaries.
  • The role involves preparing statutory submissions, adhering to ISAE 3402 / OSPAR / ISO 27001 standards, and ensuring clients are invoiced correctly and timely.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field of study, preferably in HRM, Mathematics, Accounting, or Business-related disciplines.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR/Payroll in a payroll outsourcing company.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-minded and numerical sensitive person.
