Job Description



We are seeking a highly motivated Employee Experience and Support Engineer to join our team. As an IT Technical Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees.

Responsibilities

As an Employee Experience and Support Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Level II technical support to employees, including troubleshooting and escalating complex problems.
  • Administering multiple collaboration tools, including conferencing devices, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Working closely with vendors to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience in providing technical support, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
