Main Job Responsibilities:

As a key member of our team at CTC Global Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data center facilities. This includes monitoring and troubleshooting issues with application, database, server, storage, network devices, and connectivity. You will also assist in facilitating external vendor visits for repairs or installations, and provide proactive capacity monitoring using various tools.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and resolving cases through our internal case logging system, performing level 1 troubleshooting, and escalating issues to level 2 support or service providers as needed. You will also be responsible for physically checking and verifying the condition of assets, ensuring compliance with facility regulations and safety policies, and performing ad hoc jobs for urgent requests.

Key Requirements:
  • Strong technical understanding of data centers and operational excellence
  • Ability to innovate in a constantly evolving environment
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering
  • At least 1-2 years of large-scale data center on-site operating experience
