**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in plant management with a track record of achievements in FMCG or Food Ingredients or Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
  • Strong proficiency in analytical thinking and adept problem-solving abilities.
  • Exposure in overseeing plant operations in other countries will be an added advantage.
  • Well-versed with LEAN and 5S methodologies.
