  • Manage the bank's international Non-Performing Loan portfolio, reviewing and providing feedback on strategies and action plans for credit recovery policies, standards, and processes.
  • Review credit recovery policies, standards, processes, controls, and practices to meet statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist the Head of RMD in general administration, handling interdepartmental issues and projects.
  • Meet and negotiate with borrowers for repayment arrangements, rescheduling or restructuring to maximize recovery.
  • Engage with external parties, including solicitors, valuers, real estate agents, auctioneers, and liquidators, to dispose and liquidate properties efficiently.
  • Attend Land Office inquiries, Court hearings, LACA proceedings, auctions, and full trials as required.
  • Monitor, identify, and implement process enhancements to improve productivity, work quality, and compliance.
