About the Role:

The Assistant Director of Human Resources will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results, foster a culture of excellence, and promote employee engagement. This senior leadership position requires a seasoned HR professional with a proven track record of success, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems that align with industry best practices and local employment laws.
    • Assist in managing HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
    • Support department heads in determining staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
    • Lead high-profile recruitment efforts, ensuring the hiring of top talent that embodies the organization's values.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
    • Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, providing guidance on conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
    • Foster a positive work culture by supporting employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and team-building activities.
