About the Role

As an IT Support Engineer - Property Management, you will be responsible for providing technical support for various IT systems, including IFCA Net, IFCA mall, Uipath, Talend, Abbyy Flexi-capture, and I-residential. You will work closely with the supervisor to establish, implement, monitor, maintain, and improve the Divisional/BU/OU Property Sales, Finance, Cash Management, Property Development, Fixed Asset, Rental, and Residential Management System.

You will also be responsible for supporting and maintaining the system for Property Business and ensuring system stability. Additionally, you will support supervisor in ensuring IT investments and IT Operation deliver value to Property Business.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide technical support for various IT systems.
  • Work closely with supervisor to establish, implement, monitor, maintain, and improve the Divisional/BU/OU Property Sales, Finance, Cash Management, Property Development, Fixed Asset, Rental, and Residential Management System.
  • Support and maintain the system for Property Business and ensure system stability.
  • Support supervisor in ensuring IT investments and IT Operation deliver value to Property Business.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supporting complex systems, preferably within the property management domain.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in computer technology, information systems, engineering, finance accounting, or a related field.
  • Specialized knowledge of IT Systems Software and Support.
