- Leadership and Team Management: Proven leadership and team management capabilities, motivating and inspiring a diverse workforce, coupled with strong interpersonal and business partnering abilities.
- Financial and Business Planning: Proven experience in developing and executing financial and business plans to meet sales and service goals in large retail settings.
- Omnichannel Retail Strategies: Familiarity with omnichannel retail strategies and implementation, ensuring a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Highly analytical and possessing strong problem-solving skills with good attention to detail, able to navigate complex business challenges.
- Travel and Training: Hands-on and required to travel across SEA to provide training, support, and performance evaluation, ensuring a high level of engagement and motivation among team members.
