This is an exciting opportunity to join Max World Manufacturing Sdn Bhd as a Finance Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of management accounts in accordance with approved accounting standards and corporate governance.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. They will also be able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including sales and marketing teams, purchasing and warehouse staff, auditors, tax agents, and bankers.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Preparation of management accounts in accordance with approved accounting standards and corporate governance
    • Assist with day-to-day financial operations, including AR, AP, GL, Cash & Bank Balances, and other financial related transactions
    • Assist in budget/forecast/internal reporting preparations
    • Preparation of supporting schedules/Balance Sheet schedules for month end closing and reporting
    • Preparation and reconciliation of monthly inter-company transactions and bank reconciliations
    • Review and process payments as per company policy
    • Analyze financial data to monitor collection status
    • Liaise and work closely with external stakeholders (i.e. auditors, tax agents, bankers) as well as internal stakeholders (i.e. sales & marketing, purchasing, warehouse)
