Job PositionThis role involves developing strategies to grow the client base and meeting sales targets as an Inside Sales Executive. The successful candidate will generate leads, contact decision-makers, secure deals, and report to the team lead.
Key Job Requirements- Developing and accomplishing a region lead generation plan to achieve monthly or annual targets.
- Establish new account development by seeking out key decision makers of targeted companies.
- Follow up with prospects on a regular/scheduled basis to secure deals at the earliest.
- Understand and explore prospects' needs and budget to promote a suitable product or package for assisting in their business' needs.
- Use CRM system to prospect for new clients.
- Provide activity summary report daily to team lead.
