Key Responsibilities
  • Representing the company: Develop strong relationships with customers by representing the company and promoting its products.

  • Daily stock and inventory check: Conduct regular checks on stock levels and report any discrepancies.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Reporting: Report directly to the Sales Manager/Outlet Manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Communication skills: Able to converse in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Education: Minimum qualification SPM.
  • Experience: Preferably with sales experience (1-2 years working experience). Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Attitude: Trustworthy, patient, and friendly attitude towards customers and employer.
  • Computer skills: Must be computer literate and have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Work ethic: Willing to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Availability: Must be willing to work during retail hours, including public holidays and weekends.
