About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Service Desk Operations Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the operational organization (vendors) to support the delivery of the overall End User Support strategy and day-to-day execution.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated expertise in managing geographically diverse service desk locations, with a proven track record of improving performance and efficiency in Key Performance Indicators such as First Call Resolution, Speed to Answer, and Customer Satisfaction Rating.
