Boxgreen Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Executive to drive the success of our paid digital marketing campaigns. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to elevate our online presence and drive growth.

Campaign Management & Optimization
  • Develop and implement paid search and social campaigns across multiple platforms, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis to optimize bid management, budget allocation, and performance enhancement.
  • Design and execute strategic testing plans to continually improve campaign performance and drive growth.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Deliver in-depth performance analysis and actionable insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Create comprehensive reports that tell the story behind the numbers and drive business growth.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to drive efficiency and growth.
Strategic Planning & Innovation
  • Contribute to the development of digital marketing strategies and roadmaps that drive business growth.
  • Propose and lead innovative experiments and promotional campaigns to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and integrate new technologies and tactics to drive growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with creative teams to ensure high-quality, on-brand campaign assets.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to drive business growth.
  • Handle ad hoc duties assigned by the manager to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing successful paid search and social campaigns.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords (SEM, Display) or Facebook/Social Media campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Google/Omniture Analytics, and other web analytics tools.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
