Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in the development and planning of resource allocation, prioritizing product features, and communicating with the Manager to ensure alignment with company goals. You will also perform customer interviews and market assessments, analyze customer experience and demands, and build a business case for the new portfolio encompassing medical devices & equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and plan resource allocation to address changing market dynamics and competitions
* Assist strategic planning and leadership to drive brand performance in ensuring successful market penetration
* Prioritize product features and communicate the reason behind this to the Manager
* Perform customer interviews and market assessment
* Analyze customer experience and demands
* Build a business case for the new portfolio encompassing medical devices & equipment
* Assist to formulate, direct, and coordinate all customer segment marketing activities and tactics to launch and promote the brand, working with the sales team

Requirements:

* Basic degree in a related field with 2-3 years of experience in the related field or OT Nurses with 2-3 years of experience
* Experience in medical devices and equipment sales (encouraged)
* Willing to travel
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments
* Own vehicle
