  • SOURCE FOR NEW CONTRACT FARMERS WHILE MAINTAINING GOOD RELATIONSHIPS WITH CURRENT CONTRACT FARMERS.
  • Plan tonnage, pricing, and contribution forecasts for feeds to meet profit and volume requirements.
  • Manage customer complaints by working closely with feedmill.
  • Analyse market intelligence on market size, prices, and competitors' positioning.
  • Ensure sales are within specified credit terms and limits.

Distribute the sales forecast to technical, purchasing, and production departments for short, medium, and long-term management of the supply chain, production, and finished product inventory.
