Lead and Manage Sales Personnel for Broiler Feeds and Contract Farms

Summary

We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to lead and manage our sales team within the assigned territory. The successful candidate will develop and execute sales & marketing strategies for broiler feeds and contract farms, focusing on achieving the company's sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop accurate monthly sales forecasts for broiler feeds sales (own farm and contract farm) and source new contract farms while maintaining good relationships with current contract farmers.
  • Plan tonnage, pricing, and monthly contribution forecasts for feeds to meet profit and volume requirements.
  • Visit contract farmers periodically, provide technical support services, and manage customer complaints in collaboration with feedmill.
  • Analyze market intelligence on market size, prices, and competitors' positioning.
  • Contribute to the database of customer requirements, buying patterns, and contributions to the organization.
  • Ensure sales are within specified credit terms and limits for each customer and ensure timely collections.
  • Plan sales forecasts for distribution to technical, purchasing, and production departments for short, medium, and long-term supply chain, production, and finished product inventory management.
  • Perform other tasks or assignments as directed by management from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Relevant hands-on experience in the poultry farming industry.
  • Experience in poultry farming, sourcing of contract farms, and effective customer relationship management.
