This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Call Centre Manager to lead our contact centre team at Telecontinent. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive business growth through strategic planning, process improvement, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage and motivate a team of contact centre agents to achieve high-quality performance.
- Monitor and improve call centre operations to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a higher degree in a relevant discipline is highly appreciated.
- Proven experience as a call centre manager or similar position.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
