Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and motivate a team of contact centre agents to achieve high-quality performance.
  • Monitor and improve call centre operations to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders.
About You:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a higher degree in a relevant discipline is highly appreciated.
  • Proven experience as a call centre manager or similar position.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
